Short browser video processing remains free and keeps the original clip on the device. Image and video Server API delivery use credits when the paid route is enabled. Member batch processing is available for signed-in paid users.
One completed image result uses 1 credit. A batch of 12 images uses 12 credits after successful delivery. Video Server API usage is estimated from output duration and resolution before the job starts.
The browser performs the segmentation and WebM recording on the user’s own device. ClearBG AI does not pay a per-video provider cost for that path, although speed and quality depend on the browser and hardware.

The proposed one-time packs are designed for project use rather than monthly reset. The final expiry, refund and fair-use terms must be shown at checkout.
Yes. Select Server API in the upload card for provider processing. The browser reads duration and resolution first, then the server route starts a task and returns the selected output when it is ready.
Image credits are recorded after the provider result is available, while video credits are recorded when the provider reports a completed job. If a result is ready but the balance update fails, contact support before retrying.
Monthly credits are intended for the current billing cycle. One-time credits are intended for project use, subject to the final checkout terms.
Yes, when you choose Server API video processing. The browser-local video route remains free and does not use credits.
